I already own ICTL in one of my baskets/portfolios. Currently up over 12% with todays breakout. I bought more today for my retirement account at $3.11. Since the earnings report has been out for two weeks with little movement and yesterdays huge volume, I think this move could turn into one that runs. Someone big is becoming an investor today and I’m following them.

From the ICTL earnings report on November 16th:

“Gross Revenue for the nine months ending September 30, 2007 grew to $8,101,390 from $1,538,039 in the same period for 2006. This represents a 427% increase.

Net profit for the nine months ending September 30, 2007 was $1,259,171 versus a net loss of $(48,543) for the same period last year. A 2694% increase.

3rd Quarter 2007 net profit was $583,525 with EPS of $0.05 compared to September 30th 2006 net profit of $190,741 with $ 0.02 EPS. Net Profit increased by 306%.”
