Slap on an RSI(2) with the lower line at 2 onto an NDX daily chart and you will see when the NDX gets to this level it typically will bounce.

Now the size or type of bounce depends on what market we’re in and what trend we have. I won’t comment on those, because I want the market to show itself before I decide.

Personally I think we will get a bounce consolidation move starting tomorrow at the open with a strong day on Friday.
