Friday was a day of struggle in more ways than one. It was a tight range volatile grind downwards. My personal struggle was the losses suffered that day, plus I contracted strep throat. So I’ve been out of commission for a few days.

I posted in the comments that things have moved back to sell signals midday on Friday ending the frustration. Today based on the futures and based on the SPX breaking its important trendline we are going down.

Essentially, I’m as bearish as possible here. I own DRR the double Euro short etn, FRG (my gold) play, and rebought XOM puts.

I took losses on anything I tried long on Friday.
