The commercial real estate second half story talk is heating up I’m seeing other bloggers mention this now. Like I said, take a drive in your car and notice the commercial real estate signs out in front of their properties advertising they have space available.

These tacky signs are an absolute indication of desperation and an ultra-competitive market for business that just isn’t there.

**Disclosure: I’m long the SRS and could sell it at anytime, but not likely doing that today or this week, unless a massive move happens into the close Friday, I would cut some back.
