The world was coming to end this morning. Mentally wrestling fears and thoughts of bear market this and crash that and Iran nuke this and Israel bombing that and then around 1pm someone came in and turned the lights on and the monsters were allll gone.

Sometimes its like that. Scary scary scary, oh not that scary now. Well it ain’t over. The monsters will be back and the bulls will get smacked again. Don’t take my long trade this morning for me being bullish. I exploited the extreme downside action today for an upside blip.

I made that post today around 1pm. The time is always off for these posts, I don’t know why. Its 8pm right now as I type this, but the post is saying 7:17pm…so I guess I posted today around 12pm asking if the market would finish up or down.

Clear heads prevail.

It looks like I was given about a 2.2% gain from the good folks at Rydex today. Thats slightly better than just buying the QLD from this mornings trade window.

Still holding UYG. I’m flat on the trade. I sold CPST and ABP today and took 1-2% losses on both of them.

Remember me talking about Biotech back in May? Probably not, I mostly talk to myself on here anyways.

I was seeing signs of a biotech move then. It took a month of congestion and now we are seeing the culmination of the breakout that is JUST STARTING. Here I’ll repost the chart in hopes of a response.

See in this chart the monthly has bounced and tested the 50m ma and now breaking that congestion that started back in 2006 to the upside. The monthly bars are back to above the 10m ma which is a positive. Its not a full blown breakout here, but I find the shit early. Here it is on a platter. Enjoy. I caught a glimpse of Mad Money tonight and he talking up healthcare and biotech. Actually a lot of people on tv are now saying healthcare and biotech. Its due to the election. I don’t care what the reason is, the stocks are moving and I’m giving you the heads up and by “you” I’m talking to like 3 people.
