International Stock Plays June
KTC – Korea Telecom. No divy, but undervalued.
IFN – The India Fund. Basically the IFN has taken roughly a 35% haircut since its high of 60 plus bucks back on 4-30-06. If you think the India growth story is over then avoid this stock, if not, then this stock/fund might just be putting in a very nice dip. It puts out a 10.5% divy.
PHI – Phillipine Telecom. Wait for this one to correct. The stock is trading at all time highs. It puts out a 3.5% divy.
HSVLY – Vandium and Steel producer out of New Zealand. I’ve mentioned this one several times before. This stock is very very unknown on the blogosphere as well as the investment community at large. It has moved recently, but from what I can see in the charts it may be buy time. I’ll be watching this Monday. HSVLY puts out a 7% divy.
EWJ – The Japan ETF. It looks to me that its buy time.
TSM – Taiwan Semiconductor. TSM has not participated in any of the rally since January of 2007. Puts out a 3.3% divy.
SINA & BIDU & NCTY – Is it too late to get back into my SINA trade now that the stock is at $40!!!?? I think you can buy either of these internet stocks on dips. I wish I did buy NCTY when I saw that it looked good.
Watch out for volatility this week in the US markets. Just my opinion.
