Long TZA, Long Small Cap Stocks, Short RIMM
Those are my positions. I bought TZA as the RUT started to flip. In around 7.05, but I was in at 7.04 and flipped out of it I think at 7.02, before buying back in at 7.05.
With maybe 36 minutes to go the RUT started to flip from green to red. The RUT hung in there all day despite NDX and SPX being down. Eventually RUT finished down more than NDX and SPX.
I’m looking for a 21dema test on the RUT and everything else which will be another 6 pts down or so. There is a decent support/resistance level in the RUT at 677-676ish area.
I also examined my charts with RIMM and decided to buy the 65/70 April put spread before earnings. It looks like its working out based on after hours action.
I still am holding ASTC, FSII, PXLW, NENG, SCLN, TSEM, INSM. Some AMAT calls.
I bought BP, PBI, and UCO (2x bullish crude oil etf) based on some monthly patterns. Been testing alot of my stuff on the monthly charts. Sort of the set it and forget it kind of thing. It looks very very good without alot of trades. Will these 3 perform? That is another story. Other monthly plays that I do not own are the GEX, EWG, USO (hence why I bought UCO), and NUE
Index funds are in cash and I am waiting to see now what to do about that.
