Microsoft Makes Unsolicited Bid of 45Billion For Yahoo
MSFT bidding 45billion for YHOO this morning. Sweet. Microsoft is saying that Yahoo has significant upside potential. I agree. Yahoo has some of the best general sites on the web, between their finance site, their finance message boards offer significant potential and can be developed into something ALOT more meaningful, Flickr was a great aquisition that I hope MSFT doesn’t screw up, etc. I really like MSFT on this news because it shows they are attacking the market space and taking a major competitor out. Yahoo spent all their time and money on getting Panama ad system setup and the timing of the market and economy made their Panama system basically unimportant, however, it could be significant when times turn.
I own MSFT now and will buy on the dips.
