Sold:

CPST – Took a 6% loss. I’m just not happy with the way its trading. I want to jump back in though at a moments notice.

VLO – call options were sold at 4.12. Thats a 52% gain overnight. Still holding VLO common though.

Got out of my index longs this morning with a loss in the NDX and a slight gain in the RUT. RUT exploded though up more than 1% early in the session which is 2% for me, however, I’m tied to the pricing window at Rydex so when 10:45 open rolls around thats what I get.

Today is an opportunity to look for opportunity .
