Market has rebounded from its morning malaise. I took alot of my index longs to cash this morning to preserve the greater than 10% gains in them, however, right now I’m missing out on some really nice upside in the RUT and NDX. I still have some longs in the indexes though so its not all bad.

What is good?

DRYS calls are now up over 36% from yesterday

TBSI up 3%

JOYG up 1.7% nearing $70 as I type.

AMAT back to green.

POWI having a big day today hit a new high.

CLF – Although I don’t own it, called it a buy back on 12-17-07. Thats 30% ago.

CAT – Up 1.6% today good for my IRA position. Today may be the day to buy CAT back.

GILD – Back on the up move up 2%+

What sucks is that I sold YGE and LDK yesterday for huge gains, yet today they are additionally 6.4% and 15% for LDK! A 3 day trade of over 30% and 28% in both just on the stock forget options.
