The INTC puts I bought yesterday were down 51% right at the open. I hung to most them all day and then tossed them. I bought INTC 20 puts midday and collected a little gain, but nothing compared to what I lost.

I sold everything short. They all were losers. XRT, SRS, MTL, EWZ. All of these were 20%-40% losers. Where all of these showed a profit yesterday morning. I didn’t take that when it was there. Huge mistake.

I also added to my index shorts this morning and sold to 100% cash at the close for a 3%ish loss.

On the mildly positive side, my CROX calls might go in the money tomorrow :D .

Another positive, not hanging on to a bad trade. Reset the clock, keep the capital, and live to trade another day. Accounts still up for the year, but my option accounts took quite a hit. I’m looking for breakouts until its time to not. Maybe I was early and next week will give the move I expected, but at this point I’m waiting it out. Plus I need to get back in the gym.
