Pedestrian Days Until The New Year

The market is meandering until the new year starts. Plain and simple. We could be happy it didn’t sell off. I added to long index funds today.

ABAT is acting very well and I added to my position today.

Bought some RDN also.

PLM broke out today for 7%, and lets remember I sold it yesterday for breakeven. “Let the trade develop,” “let the pots simmer,” whatever you want to call it. PLM should pull back ever so slightly tomorrow, so maybe I’ll get back in.

I sold some MIPS for 15% gain today. In the old days I would sell all out on some daily short term signals and forget about the bigger picture trend in play. The trend is up in MIPS. However, due to overbought nature on the short term I sold some. Now overbought can go a little higher which is another reason for not cutting the cord completely. Something I screwed up on with HITK.

mips

I like the little semi conductor stocks as their charts all are looking very 1998-1999ish.
