With the Dow, RUT, and SPX either at or near all time highs, why not the NDX? مع داو ، الاخدود ، وSPX اما فى او بالقرب من الارتفاعات في كل الاوقات ، فلماذا لا ndx؟ Well the NDX won’t be getting to its all time highs, but I think 2000 is very doable. Ndx جيدا ولن يكون الحصول على جميع المستويات العليا للوقت ، ولكني اعتقد ان 2000 هو ممكن جدا. I think possibly before the summer of 2007. اعتقد ربما قبل صيف 2007.

On a weekly chart, the NDX has done zippo from November 2006 till now. على اساس اسبوعي والرسم البياني ، ndx فعلت zippo من تشرين الثاني / نوفمبر 2006 وحتى الآن. From a longer term perspective the weekly chart is saying its a good time to hold stocks long. من منظور طويل الاجل الاسبوعيه الرسم البياني هو قوله اعماله وقتا طيبا لاجراء الارصده طويلة. This is good news for Joe Shmoe who likes to hold his slow money stocks. وهذه انباء طيبة لجو shmoe الذي يحب بلده لعقد بطيءه مخزون المال. Its also good for speculators as well. اعماله ايضا جيدة لالمضاربين كذلك.

The charts show no signs of a bear market or the imminence of a bear market. الخرائط تظهر اي دلائل على وجود تتحمل السوق او قرب سوق نزولي. If the bear wakes up the charts will show its arrival. اذا الدب تستيقظ الخرائط سيظهر صولها. Be long while the bear sleeps. بينما تكون طويلة الدب ينام.
