Ok I found the link to why BBC is down so hard today.

Yes China companies are not the best with disclosing info, but Mr. Byron posted this at the end of his article on BBC.

Correction: In last week’s column a February stock sale by Bodisen Biotech was mischaracterized as unregistered private placement when it was actually fully registered.

Maybe next week will include another correction? Thus this trade could be a buying opportunity. My beta system is saying that is a possibility.
