I know I said I wouldn’t do it, but I did it. I sold HCN. The run has been really good and its way overbought. I’ll wait for it to come back in before buying it again. REITS are turning up in unison lately so HCN might get a little more push up here, but its definitely overbought in comparison to other runups it has had in the past.

I also forgot to mention that I actually had an overbought sell signal on HCN, so it wasn’t an arbitrary sell.

15% gain.
