   I would be patient with BQI, like i said I have held it for 2 years and maybe I will be rewarded for it, this stock has a HUGE upside potential. Not sure if you know but they have a massive tar sands stake and are currently developing it, going to take a while but it may be worth your while to buy and hold.    Yes well aware of the tar sands and the potential tax hike that Canada wants to do to the companies.    Tax issue still in flux but its more a problem with the royalty trusts. Cuestión fiscal sigue en su flujo, pero más de un problema con los fideicomisos de regalías.
