Hi, I had taken loss in FAZ at 32.50 but could not get in yesterday. What will be good point to get in. I feel XLF is very oversold right now. Also, what do u think about Dug

Well it's better to get in sooner than later if you're expecting the drop soon, and i still think financials are overbought. You may not get too much upside now, but it may be enough for perhaps high 30's if things go your way. Anyway just use a tight stop/trailing stop to cover your ass if you're really cautious.

Good to know that your signals coincide with my faz and srs holdings. I re-bought faz at 28.53 yesterday after selling for a loss at 32. I'm still holding srs from 69. I got 8% trailing stops on these.

Thanks for the charts and keep us all updated about your FAZ/SRS exit signals.

I did the same exact thing. Took the big loss at 32 after I saw it breaking down and REBOUGHT at 26ish when it got down there a few days ago. We both made back a clean 22% or so in what otherwise would just be recouping I think 18%.

Ended up being the right call.

I don't want to get too jumpy, but we could just be starting a new leg down.

See this chart of SPX, Oscar saw it too I see in his latest video.

hmm got stopped out at 33.44. I forgot to loosen my stop after the bernanke speech. Oh well it's not to bad +5ish points.
