BSC gets taken out for $2 a share today by JP Morgan and the Fed takes on the debt. BSC est pris à 2 $ pour une part aujourd'hui par JP Morgan et la Fed prend sur la dette.
LEH and MER down hard premarket, while JPM up 1% because they are benefitting from this deal. LEH et MER durement préalable, tandis que JPM hausse de 1% parce qu'ils bénéficient de cet accord.
The Fed also cut the emergency lending rate to 3.25% and opened up the window to Investment banks as well. La Fed a également réduit le taux de prêt d'urgence à 3,25% et a ouvert la fenêtre pour les banques d'investissement ainsi.

Being long. Être long. Indexes rallied nicely today and closed strong. Indices rallié aujourd'hui bien fermé et fort.
About 1.8% in the NDX and 3.5% in the SPX, while the RUT did 4%. Environ 1,8% dans l'NDX et 3,5% dans le SPX, tout en ne l'ornière de 4%. It looked sketchy this morning when the market started to selloff, but it hung in there and performed the rest of the day.
