Afterhours all three of these companies reported earnings and it looks are going to cause a nice drop tomorrow morning. This is good for me since I added to my shorts. I wish I didn’t get rid of the intraday QID position today.

Being long the NDX and RUT. 6% for the NDX as it broke out to new highs. I’ve been riding this trend for months. Around 32% gain off the bottom for my index trading account. RUT did 3.9% for the the leveraged funds fans.

QQQQ calls from yesterday hit the 50% gain mark with todays rally/breakout in the compx. I sold about 30% of that position to raise cash for WFR trade.

Last week was a great trading week. Almost everything was profitable.
My index trading which basically consisted of being long, and trimming a little then throwing it back to the long side on a down day was good for around 12%. Maybe more, pain in the butt to calculate at this hour.

I decided to take the 45% gain in my DRYS calls. Out @ 8.3, was in @ 5.7 yesterday. It looks like they went to 8.8 a minute ago though…would’ve been nicer I guess.

Lost back what I made in the indexes yesterday. 4% loss in the NDX, 4.6% in the RUT. Ugh. I shouldn’t have been as exposed as I was yesterday. Lesson learned.

Being long. I wish I covered my index longs this morning. I contemplated it, but hung on. Still made money between my split positions of NDX and RUT. I am actually more skewed towards RUT about 60/40 and RUT closed up 1.6% and NDX down 1.4% so ka ching on the spread.
