KBH, MTH, LEN, and BZH all have good chart patterns right here. LEN came out with another guidance lowering call, yet the stock closed up. This sector has bottom and all the charts have turned up on the stocks I mentioned in this post. Other home builders I wouldn’t touch because of bad fundamentals.
