I play basketball on Tuesday’s so my posting tends to be late on these days. Welcome new feed readers and twitter followers.

Right near the open I started playing some stocks of my latest scan:
AKNS, FTK, MPG, LCC, LEN, GFI, LF, SGY

At the open I bought the crap that was up and I tweeted the buys. So if you are not following my tweets.

I bought AKNS and FTK first. Then LCC and PACR. I foolishly was getting into DROOY (which is setting up as a Friday trade not a now trade) because GFI was on the scan.

I mentally stopped myself out of FTK, which was a mistake. It wasn’t down much, but I was influenced by my heavy index short position. This won’t happen again hopefully.

AKNS I got 12% out of it and let it go. Once more – no reason to sell.

PACR – Got in correctly and held correctly – still holding with a tstop on.

LCC – Got the gain, sold it, but shouldn’t have technically.

IVN – I already posted why I sold IVN here.

DXO – I took gains in this again, no reason, except for a 15% profit in hand. Chart is back on a buy after a blip sell. Daily looks like it could pop, so I’d rebuy this one.

As far as the indexes go. I made a little back today. Still looking for downside, but as a hedge, I’ll say the market might wait till next to give it to me.
