On a day where the tape is as brown as shitty gets, two Brazil utility stocks kicked ass today. Watch them, ignore them, but take notice now so we can complain together about not trading these 20 pts from now. I actually might get some of Brazil util action once my long index bounce materializes.

CIG – CIG dishes out a 8.75% dividend and is based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

ELP – ELP kicks out a 3% dividend and is based in Curitiba, Brazil.
