UCTT is looking to close at a new all time high today. On the daily chart its a breakout from the October consolidation, but the day isn’t over yet and it will need to actually close positive. If UCTT closes at its current price at 13.73 it will qualify in my book. Volume is already strong for this early in the day.

Lets see what the Fed minutes at 2pm do to the market.
