Being long. The gap up this morning was a way out I didn’t take it though. Took a 4% hit on the NDX funds and a 3% hit on the SPX funds. Of course the RUT is now outperforming other indices.

Pretty much everything I tried buying today turned into a loss.

NOEC – Which I was still holding from the other day got out @ 5.77 for around 7% loss.

DSTI – Out @ 3.57 5% loss.

HOKU – Out @ 9.06 2.7% loss

CTDC – Out @ 5.36 7% loss

SEED – Out @ 8.14 4% loss

I bought some MRK Feb 47.5 calls @ avg of 2.22. Severe oversold readings in MRK. They report next week and there was massive call volume on the strike.

I also bought some QQQQ calls as the selloff into the close occurred. In the Feb 45 strike @ .97.

I was very close to buying PG calls, AAPL calls, and BA calls, but decided to wait.
