Being long the indexes. I’m glad the bounce happened because I was getting worried there for a minute. Not to say we couldn’t pullback next week more, but it looked like we may have bottomed for the year….possibly….I hope. COMPX tested the breakout level I mentioned the other when I posted that chart. The trade today in the NDX was worth about 1.5%.
Not being in AXP anymore. Made some money in NMX on the swap. I plan to keep it there. Also selling my AXP calls was a good move even with the loss.. It was an example of being in a trade that didn’t work and not getting married to it. I used the leftover cash to buy USU Dec 10 calls which are already up.

USU was also mentioned on CNBC’s pops and drops tonight. Its up afterhours and Tim Seymour mentioned its going to 12, but to take profits there. If USU gets there the Dec 10s should produce a gain of about 150-170%.

SVA – Acting well.

NMX – From the buy, up 3%.

I could talk alot about what sucked today for stocks I own, but I want to stay on a positive theme for now and see what next week brings.
