CREE – In @ 25.99 out @ 27.5 5.8% gain

JBLU – In @ 4.93 out @ 4.82 2% loss

HILL – In @ 3.5, based on closing price of 3.65 looking at 4%, but I’m still holding onto this one overnight.

JADE – In @ 3.49 out @ 3.76  7.7% gain

Bought after midday post:

SPAR – In @ 8.06 out @ 8.05 less than 1% loss

ZIXI – In @ 3.31 out @ 3.35 1% gain
FMT -  In @ 3.63 out @ 3.57 1.6% loss

FBR – A second buy in @ 3.32 out @ 3.3 less than 1% loss

The market was wild today. My longs in the indexes looked like they were going to play out nicely with the RUT up more than 1.5% and the NDX up at least .50% at one point, but it wasn’t meant to be today. RUT finished up .36% which is less than 1% gain for 2x funds and the NDX closed down more than 2%. So the indexes sucked for me today. I closed out my long index trades probably marking the bottom. I guess getting out my longs worked today because I’m finally on the right side of the market. Since November my index trading has smelled like a baby’s diaper after a feeding.

Selling out SCON yesterday was the right call as it dropped close to 19% today. WOO.

A couple more changes to the watchlist which I’ve been lazy in updating. KONG off, CREE on, BPHX on.
