Happy Monday. Happy lundi. Being short worked again today. Être à court de nouveau travaillé aujourd'hui. I held my Friday shorts and they were working out nicely until the big rally that happened around 2pm screwed it up. Vendredi, j'ai fait mon short et ils travaillent à bien jusqu'à ce que le grand rassemblement qui s'est passé autour de 2pm vissée it up. Thankfully the market then fell after filling its morning gap on every major index. Heureusement, le marché a baissé puis après le remplissage matin son écart sur tous les grands index.

NDX 2x inverse funds lost very fractionally while the Russell 2000 2x inverse funds did about 1.5%. NDX 2x inverse fonds perdus très légèrement tandis que le Russell 2000 2x inverse n'a fonds d'environ 1,5%. Overall a good day that was ALOT better around 11:30 am. Globalement une bonne journée qui a été BEAUCOUP mieux autour de 11:30 heures. The rally came on the backs of a few Fed gov’s comments that the employment situation we saw in the jobs report last Friday “..is the beginning of a trend.” Meaning, the FED might know whats going and that took some fear out of the marketplace for a few hours. Le rallye est venue sur le dos de quelques commentaires de la Fed gov la situation de l'emploi que nous avons vu dans le rapport de l'emploi de vendredi dernier ".. est le début d'une tendance." Sens, la Fed pourrait connaître whats cours et que certains ont pris peur Sur le marché pendant quelques heures.

I still hold my index funds short and also hold TWM. Je continue de tenir mon index des fonds à court et aussi détenir TWM. I was smart enough to dump a TWM position I had in my IRA around the bottom netting gains of more than 4.5%. J'ai été assez intelligent pour larguer une position TWM j'avais dans mon IRA dans le fond de compensation des gains de plus de 4,5%. The TWM should have closed with a .77%x2 =  1.54%, but TWM closed with a 2.49% gain. Le GTE devrait avoir fermé avec un .77% x 2 = 1,54%, mais TWM fermé avec un gain de 2,49%. Thats a significant difference and it was happening all day. Thats une grande différence et cela se passait tous les jours. Very significant, so I took the profits in one account and still hold TWM in the other. Très important, alors j'ai pris des profits dans un seul compte et tiennent encore TWM dans l'autre. Sometimes these 2x etf’s do that, while the mutual funds at Rydex, ProFunds, and Direxion tend price more closely to 2x. Parfois, ces 2x etf de le faire, tandis que les fonds communs de placement à Rydex, ProFunds et Direxion prix tendent davantage à 2x.
