I often check out the message boards on Yahoo for stocks I’m interested in, just purchased, or currently own. You can often find out some useful info from some of that stocks message board gurus. However, you more than once will have to ignore complete and utter garbage as well, but as you become experienced you will get to know what is useful and what is not.

So I first found this interesting story on Herb Greenberg’s blog. John Mackey, CEO of Whole Foods (WFMI), has been posting anonymously on the WFMI Yahoo message board. Hey not everything you read on message boards and blogs from anonymous posters is complete trash :D.
